I had my furnace replaced. Tech made process seem less intimidating and offered me a great price. Will definitely keep Prestige as my go tos for any heating needs.

I called Prestige because our furnace stopped working. We had someone come out and our furnace fixed within two hours of our initial call. The tech was very polite and professional. I will be calling them for anything in the future!

I had Prestige out to do my annual air conditioning service. They did a great job! They didn't try to upsell me a bunch of things I didn't need. Cleaned my air conditioner, changed my filter and addressed my concern of the furnace sounding louder than normal. Would highly recommend. Will only be calling Prestige from now on!

We had Prestige come out and do all new ducted work and we switched from a boiler unit to a furnace unit and central air in the house. Not only did Alex save us over 5,000 dollars , but hes very personal and got the job very quickly. We would recommend Prestige to all are family and friends from now on.

Prestige was very responsive when I called due to my furnace not working. Alex arrived the next day, on time, and diagnosed my problem quickly. He fixed the problem, and since he had the panels off also did a quick check of things. He told me it was in good shape and did not require a service at this time, but suggested next year. I was very impressed that he didn't try the "upsell". Just an honest fix and an honest price. Very impressed.

We decided to include a humidifier with our full system change! It's a lifesaver in the winter, the air can be so dry! The technicians are kind, professional and efficient! They also fixed my home comfort issue where we felt our bedroom was a bit to hot for our liking. Fixed! Now we stay nice and cool, and are exctatic for our new system! In a world where it seems that customer service no longer exists, there remains a true gem in Alex and his team at Prestige. After a horrific fire destroyed our home, we found it impossible to find a company that would come out to gives us a quote in a timely fashion, much less one that wouldnt try to take advantage of the situation and charge us almost double for it just because they were willing to do us the favor of taking the time out of their busy schedule to do the job. We were literally at the end of our rope when we called Prestige. Not only were they pleasant and professional over the phone but they sincerely seemed to care and I felt a glimmer of hope when we set up a time for them to look at the job.Alex himself came out to our home and took the time to not only look everything over thoroughly but, actually listened to us, our story, concerns and answered all of our questions. We couldnt have asked for a better person or company to come into our lives at just the right time and felt comfortable in giving the job to Prestige.
