I would absolutely recommend Prestige Heating and Air. We had issues with our furnace for the past several years and decided to get a new furnace and ac. They had everything ordered very quickly, installed it, and came out to adjust it a couple times for us. They're extremely knowledgeable, we were very impressed that Joe had even talked about how he had gone on a tour to the factory for the acs they sell and that they all value continuing training/staying up to date with things. He also was happy to answer a million questions we had. Everyone we met was very pleasant to talk to as well and great at communicating. This is definitely a company that you can put your trust in and not have to worry about. You can tell they take pride in their work and feel passionate about it. It is the only HVAC company that we will be going through from now on and we will be doing their service plan. We have already recommended them to someone as well and if you're looking for a reliable and truly knowledgeable company, this is the one.

I just purchased my first home and the inspection report cited mold in the attic and said I would need a plumber to address the source of the moisture before they could do any sort of mold remediation. I called a plumbing company and they came out and said it was an HVAC issue, something to do with my bathroom exhausts being vented to the attic instead of outside. Turns out, the issue was a bit different than what the plumbers suggested. Prestige Heating & Air were absolutely lovely, though. They were polite and professional and were able to help diagnose and fix the source of the moisture (and at a reasonable price, too). I would definitely recommend and use this company again. In fact, I plan to have them take over servicing my AC and furnace in the future. As a new homeowner, I’m discovering the difficulty involved in finding contractors I can trust who will 1. return my calls/practice good communication and 2. not overcharge me just because they can. As far as I can tell, this is a small company with honest workers, and I would have no problem recommending them in good conscience. 😊

I would highly recommend Prestige Heating and Air. Our AC went out and they were able to install a new one the next day. The price was fair and and all the workers were very attentive and professional. We felt very fortunate to have them do the job so quickly when we were facing 90 degree weather.

I called Prestige Heating and Air, ot was late in the day. They said that they could come out straight away. I told them it's late and I would like to make an appointment. They then looked at their schedule and said that someone could come out the next day in the morning between 8:30 and 9:00am. The technician that came was Joe. He attentive listened to what I had to say, diagnosed the issue. He fixed the issues and put me at ease. I will and already have recommended Prestige Heating and Air to others. I gave 5 stars. If I could give more I would!! Thank you Prestige and Joe!!

We have been using Prestige for a few years now for our new home. We can’t be more pleased! Timely, friendly, and professional service! We highly recommend them and send them to all of our friends and family! They are always courteous and they know exactly what they are talking about. They never try to upsell services or equipment, which is always appreciated.

I had a gas leak in my furnace (Carrier Infinity). I called another HVAC company, they quoted me $500 and informed me they wouldn’t be able to get a replacement part for a month. Prestige was able to locate and replace the leaking valve same day and charged less than the competitor. 10/10 highly recommend

Joe was the technician who came to service our furnace. He was profession, communicative, and honest. He provided all of his recommendations and options with respect and knowledge. He was very patient with me when I had questions or asked him to repeat something. He provided service in a timely manner. I would recommend Prestige to anyone needing heating and air needs.
